    Emilio is an official at the European Commission dealing with ICT standardisation issues, particularly regarding Intelligent Transport.

    Formerly, he was in charge of eprocurement and epractice.eu. Before working in the Commission he was an IT consultant and a civil servant in the Spanish administration.

    He has a wide experience in electronic public services, synergies facilitation and IT integration.

    Emilio has a Master of Science in Information Technologies and a Postgraduate diploma in Management of Information Technologies and Communications. He is fluent in English, French, Italian and Spanish.
