He also took the courses 'Introduction to the Formulation of
Electronic Government Strategies' and Interoperabiliy and
Interinstitutional Public processes from Organization of American
States (OAS). He also took the courses 'E-Government. What a
government leader should know' from the United Nations (UN), the
course 'Ibero Americano de Gobierno Electrónico' from Centro
Latinoamericano de Administración para el Desarrollo (CLAD) and the
course 'Gobernanza, gobernabilidad y gobierno digital' from
Organización Universtitária Interamericana. Currently, he is
studying a post-graduation course in Public Administration from
Fundação Getúlio Vargas and concluding 'Magister in Gobierno
Eletrónico' from Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana de Chile.
