Deputy Director of Gov2u (Greek NGO active in the field of eDemocracy-eParticipation). For the past 5 years working in the NGOs sector, designing and implementing research projects funded from International and National Development Agencies in the areas of e-democracy, eParticipation and eInclusion. Contributed as a researcher in the elaboration of a series of studies concerning public administration modernization and eGovernment. Since June 2007 involved as an independent expert in the Ad hoc committee on eDemocracy of the Council of Europe (CAHDE) and as a reviewer in the European Journal of ePractice.
