Mr. G. Ken Holman is the Chief Technology Officer for Crane Softwrights Ltd., current international secretary of the ISO subcommittee responsible for the SGML family of standards, co-editor of the UBL 2.0 specification, member of the W3C Working Group that developed XML from SGML, the founding chair of the two OASIS XML and XSLT Conformance Technical Committees and current chair of the Code List Representation Technical Committee and UBL HISC and SBS subcommittees and two task groups, the former chair of the Canadian committee to the ISO, the author of electronically-published and print-published books on XML-related technologies, and a frequent conference speaker. A co-editor of the Universal Business language and the founding chairman of the XML conformance committee, Mr. Holman has ong been a technology expert, commercial consultant, commercial trainer and volunteer standards developer on SGML, XML, XSLT, XSL-FO and UBL, experienced in document model design, stylesheet writing, XML process design, XML document publishing to web and to print, code list specification, code list validation, W3C XSD, ISO/IEC 19757-2 RELAX-NG, ISO/IEC 19757-3 Schematron, and ISO/IEC 19757-4 NVDL.
