Since 1995 official at the European Commission, joining the Directorate General for Information Society and Media in 1999 to work mostly on policy coordination files (e.g. eEurope and i2010 EU strategies on the Information Society, Lisbon agenda, telecom directives);

In the last years focus on e-inclusion and related topics such as e-accessibility, especially since joining the "ICT for inclusion" unit in 2007. Currently working on policy coordination, management of European funding programmes for ICT research and deployment, and awareness activities.
