European expert in the field of Information Society development (eGovernment, eHealth, eInclusion, strategic programming), local and regional programming and development of eGovernment projects. Speaker at over 120 national and international scientific conferences and seminars on ICT. Author and editor of the IS development strategy for Polish voivodeships and the eHealth strategy of Lodzkie voivodeship - one of the few regional eHealth strategies in Europe. Leader of strategic projects supporting eDevelopment of voivodeships.
Actively involved in the European scientific and pro-innovative initiatives. In 2002-2003 Polish expert in the Information Society Technologies Committee (ISTC) in Brussels, delegated by the State Committee for Scientific Research. The eminent invited participant of the Scientific Steering Committee by the Institute of Prospective Technological Studies in Sevilla (Joint Research Centre). Polish delegate to i2010 SubGroup on eGovernment and eInclusion, acting in the framework of i2010 High Level Group.
