Expert’s Course in ICT Strategy and Innovation in Health -  How to be more competitive and avoid the risks from the use of ICT

This course is aimed at all the Medical Profession and Health professionals who also have government responsibilities, CEOs, CIOs,CFOs, Controllers, Directors of Security, Legal Advisers, Responsible for the Processing of Personal Data, Auditors, Information Systems Security Experts, Lawyers, Forensic Investigators and generally and those professionals interested in optimising  the use of ICT and avoiding the risks associated with them.

The main themes of the event will evolve around:

  • Interoperability of Systems and Training, where successful models of good governance of ICT will be observed and discussed, such as the best practices existing within the European Commission, which will address the priorities of the Agenda 2020.
  • Criminal Liability of Members and their Governing Bodies, with the presence of two Judges of the Supreme Court's second room, among other professionals.
  • Applications of Information and Communications Technology and the medical act, which will address the shared medical record or electronic prescriptions among other issues.
  • Future European Regulation of Privacy and the Transparency Act, the differences between Regulation and Directive, the main new projects and new challenges.
