Description

"Let's make it simpler together!" - Administrative simplification in the Walloon Region and the French Community

Targeting a flexible and efficient access for all public services users to administrative services while avoiding superfluous redundancy, the Walloon Government and the Government of the French Community of Belgium have adopted, for the 2010-2014 period, a common plan of Administrative Simplification and of eGovernment entitled "Let's make it simpler together!".

Both Governments and their administrative services shall closely co-operate to enable this plan come true on the basis of a common methodology, a concentration of means, a priority to actions and the regular follow-up of results.

Simplifying means:

  • Reducing administrative obligations;
  • Facilitating formalities;
  • Saving time for citizens, enterprises, the non-profit sector, civil servants;
  • Offering a high quality service.

This event will present the plan and the related simplification projects.

Registration to this open and free of charge event can be performed online. The draft agenda of the event can be found on the event website.
