In this paper we construct a model of virtual environment in which different ‘digital identities’ interact with each other to achieve their goals. The term ‘digital identity’, by definition, means the aggregate of a person’s digital information or the information related to the person.

The creation and use of information on digital identity may have its own characteristics depending on the selected areas of interaction (domains), but this information may also be suitable for other domains where a person could use some other kind of services. We, moreover, attempt to identify negative trends affecting the execution of business tasks in a virtual environment on the basis of the model in question, if the digital identity data are inaccurate or incomplete.
