The Benchlearning Community at ePractice.eu is a pioneering initiative endorsed by the European Commission with the aim of providing guidance to all the European eGovernment practitioners interested in deepening and sharing their knowledge on impact measurement methodologies and techniques. The community is open to practitioners from European national and regional administrations, from public and private organisations, from academia and research centres, so to ensure a variety of contributions, approaches and points of view arising from the different stakeholders' professional experience.
The Benchlearning Community is an open space where registered members will be free to express their views and exchange knowledge and where the provision of contributions to the debate and the participation to discussions, workshops and events is strongly encouraged.

The community is mainly focused on methodological and technical aspects of eGovernment service impact evaluation and monitoring. On the same issues, a repository of resources up to 2005 can be retrieved at the eGEP official website, namely the EU-funded eGovernment Economics Project.
